BootsOnGround (BOG) is a next-generation EHS software and safety management system designed to simplify, enhance, and transform workplace safety.
With tools like QR-based virtual tours, real-time incident tracking, and advanced analytics, this health and safety software empowers organizations to build a culture of safety, accountability, and operational excellence.
We needed to enhance workplace safety and efficiency across large sites. This required real-time oversight, improved incident management, and proactive hazard prevention.
Challenges
Real-time Workplace Visibility: We need to quickly identify and address issues across large work areas.
Improved Incident Analysis: We need better tracking and analysis of incidents to improve safety.
Proactive Safety Reporting: We need a way to easily report and share safety observations.
Our Approach
To address the client's need for real-time workplace visibility, we implemented a QR-based virtual tour system. This allows for quick identification of issues across large work areas through real-time scans and color-coded indicators, enabling immediate action. For improved incident analysis, we developed an intelligent incident management tool.

We learned about the real-world safety issues faced on-site and how teams work. This helped us build a solution tailored to actual field needs.
Design & Develop
We created clear layouts, QR-based monitoring, and digital tracking tools. This made the EHS software design India-ready for real use in factories and field areas.
